Zen4Joy

Yoga & embodiment

Breathe. Feel. Move. Live.

Zen4Joy is yoga as it was meant to be: authentic, down-to-earth and gentle.

Not about achievement, not about perfection,
but about finding your true self.

You learn to breathe, feel and move mindfully.
Don’t force your body, but listen to it.
Don’t try to control your mind, but give it space.
So that the noise gradually fades away and you feel once more: I am here.

Finding your way back to your body

After years of practising various styles of yoga and giving birth to three children, my focus shifted.

My body was asking for gentleness — not to do more, but to feel more.

That experience now forms the heart of my classes:
an invitation to soften, to connect, and to be fully present in the body you have right now.

Intimate, warm and genuine

The classes take place in my own yurt — a safe, welcoming space where there is room for silence, movement and fun.

Classes are also held in the Diest area, every Monday.

We work in small groups, so that everyone receives individual attention.

You can join using a pay-as-you-go pass and choose whether to attend a single class or the whole evening.

Sometimes we laugh. Sometimes we cry.
We always delve deeper into life.
